In 2013, Sheridan Su and Jenny Wong opened the restaurant Fat Choy in what happened to be the first Asian American owned casino in Nevada. Last year, they opened a second eatery, Flock & Fowl, dedicated to Hainanese chicken rice. The husband-and-wife duo have gathered accolades for running and creating some of Vegas' best meals. In this talk, Su and Wong will share what they've learned about entrepreneurship, ethnicity, marriage — and, of course, food.

We are passionate about great food and drinks. Sheridan has cheffed in Vegas on and off for twelve years.  I have been in restaurants since the age of twelve. Currently, have an American diner wuth Asian comfort food called Fat Choy inside Eureka Casino and serve chicken rice at Flock and Fowl just down the street, both a few blocks east and west of Las Vegas Blvd. on Sahara Ave.
