Nadine Hoffman, USA, is the International Women’s Media Foundation (IWMF)’s deputy executive director, responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s programmatic portfolio. She has more than 10 years of experience managing international programs. Prior to joining the IWMF, Hoffman was program operations manager at DC Teaching Fellows, an initiative of the New Teacher Project, working to increase educational equality for underserved students. She also worked as the acting director of the Leadership Council for Human Rights, a Washington D.C. based human rights organization focused on global women’s empowerment. She began her career as a journalist prior to working in the non-profit sector and holds a master’s degree in journalism from Emerson College and a bachelor’s degree in English from Gettysburg College. She also completed a human rights law certificate program at American University’s Washington College of Law.
