Iris Kuo is a 2015-2016 Knight-Bagehot fellow at Columbia University and the cofounder of LedBetter, a web app that highlights the gender gap in corporate leadership. She has written for The Wall Street Journal, the Houston Chronicle and earlier this year wrote a popular piece for The Washington Post about racism in the workplace. She also previously covered energy for Argus Media and VentureBeat. Iris is the former Texas chapter president for AAJA.
